We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Received the wrong order?

We're so sorry! If you have received the wrong order, please take a photo of the order you received with the packaging and delivery details visible and email it to us within 30 days of receiving your package. Please make sure the card deck remains in the same condition it was received, with wrap fully in tact. 

Once we have confirmed the mistake is on our end, we will supply you with a pre-paid return postage label and ask that you return the order to us in the box in which it was delivered.

Once we receive the order back, we will ship the correct one out to you express with a big apology!

Damaged puzzle?

If your card deck is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your card deck and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
