The Self Adventure Game is an uplifting hour of movement, self inquiry and play.
We'll be gathering for an hour, on a Tuesday, once a month!
The experience will run for an hour from 6pm.

Hosted outdoors (or indoors if needed) on the lawn at the Aldinga Institute Hall.

There is free parking, toilets & a covid-safe plan.
This 1hr group experience blends fitness & personal development and will include a Self Adventure style game with some gentle movement, ball play, reflective questions and a Self Adventure card reading to encourage folks to truly check in with themselves.
Dress comfy but if you've got dodgy ankles and an ample chest region like me you'll want to wear decent shoes and a sports bra, just in case 😋
Our in person offerings are a fun twist on current fitness or self help circles because of the unique blend of movement, cards, coaching and group sharing (if you choose to share - no pressure).
