Pause. Reflect. Reset.
As an anxious human, I am constantly writing myself love-notes as a way to interrupt an unhelpful train of thought. I found I was rushing through my days and not leaving time to pause and check-in with myself. This is why I created The Self Adventure card deck.
Checking in with yourself takes courage, curiosity & self kindness.
I’m so glad you’re here.
The Self Adventure cards are for you to draw upon when you need a sassy reminder of your own inner guidance and brilliance.
Use them to affirm your feelings or course correct your angst, this deck is about not staying stuck.
This life is too precious to spend all our time worrying or wondering.
Take a moment, ask yourself for the truth and let these cards support you.
I love using The Self Adventure Cards as part of my morning ritual.
They encourage a different perspective and provide a mini pep-talk to ensure I begin the day in the right frame of mind.
They remind me of who I am and empower me to approach each day, each circumstance, each relationship with intention and love. These cards are so beautifully designed and always seem to offer exactly the encouragement I need in the moment.
Paying the Rent
We acknowledge that we are living and working on stolen Aboriginal land and in recognition of that, we ‘pay the rent’ by donating 5% of our profits to Djirra, an Aboriginal Community Organisation that provides culturally safe & holistic support, and specialist family violence legal assistance and representation to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Acknowledgement of Country
This card deck was created on Kaurna Country, where we are fortunate to live & work.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia & their connections to land, sea and community.
We pay our respect to elders past and present & extend that respect to all Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
We acknowledge the rich history, cultural significance & deep connection the First Nations people have with the land & acknowledge that the land was never ceded.
